The Draecon The first of the Draecon passed to Earth in ancient times. At first, their appearance was so rare that they were the providence of myth. Some stories described fearsome, scaly creatures with horns and wings, with fire in their gullets. Others saw the Draecon as spirits or minor gods, harbingers of fate or good luck. Accounts widely varied on the appearance of these creatures, though all agreed on their reptilian appearance and otherworldly powers. The truth, later revealed as more Draecon travelled to Earth, was this: The Draecon are a shapeshifting race who hail from a dimension called Draconae. Just in case this place continues to implode, losing many good artists to dA's AI art generation tomfoolery, here are some other places where I'll continue to update my work. Wattpad (N_Drayton) Scribblehub (ndrayton) Tumblr (ndrayton) I realize most of my watchers are long since gone, but I'm putting up this journal for anyone who might stumble by and wonder if my work is being uploaded anywhere else. As a bonus, I've so far found Wattpad and Scribblehub have a better reading experience than dA, due to actually being structured for longform writing. It was a bummer watching all the useful features for uploading literature here get smoothed away for the benefit of a clean, app-like interface. I was lucky to finish KotG before all those changes set in! For the record, I don't have plans to remove anything from my gallery here, I'll just be mirroring stuff on other platforms. Ciao!
